Question about Philips Magnavox 27MS343S 27" TV
That would be a sign of intermittent solder joints on the board. It would be fairly easy to repair the set by touching up any connections that needed it. If you don't have the tools and skills for electronic soldering, a TV shop could do it. I have no idea what a typical labor charge would be these days. I've been out of the shop now for a few years.
