Power down the phone. Press 3 and Green (talk key) keys together and keeping both of these pressed, press the * key. Now keep all these 3 keys pressed power up the phone using the power switch. Keep all the keys pressed for sometime and you will see the phone asking for time, date etc and it would be reset to factory settings. Otherwise, you'll need to take the phone to service center and get it flashed again.
