Trouble code P1131 means that the powertrain control module has detected a lean condition for engine bank No.1. Code P1131 can be caused by a vacuum leak, fuel injector problem, ignition problem or by a faulty oxygen sensor.
Some check engine lights need to be reset by the OBD-II code reader. It's also possible that you've solved 98% of your problem but there's still 1 problem left (possible clogged fuel injector?) that's pulling a different error code. (possibly P0301-P0312 misfire or P0262-P0295 injector)
Best bet is to go to 1 of the auto parts chain stores that provide free diagnostic tests. If it's just a lingering old error code it will be reset or if it's something new, you'll know exactly what the issue is.

It is a brake switch code, hyundai has posted a massive recall on them, though your car may not apply. It will need a switch, I think only 2 out of 500 have been a wiring issue.
try looking at the vin plate inside the engine compartment. it should be the first set of three alphanumeric characters. the plate is exactly in the center right near the windshield.
