Question about Samsung SGH-D900 Cellular Phone
I have recently purchased a samsung U600 cell phone and it is failing to maintain an connection with the blue tooth mobile phone connection fitted in my Audi motor car (audi UHV 3829)It will initially connect ok but the connection keps dropping in and out. My previous phone Samsung D900 had no problems at all, also I have tried a different u600 phone and this has the same problems, both U600s work ok with other blue tooth devices. Please help. David
My daughter's Samsung U600 connects to her Clarion Alpine CDE 103BT
radio OK, and she can call from the phonebook in the Clarion OK.
However an incoming call shows up on the Clarion but then is
immediately dropped. The chap who fitted the Clarion said it would
answer calls automatically. Even if this wasn't the case and she had to
press a key on the Clarion to pick up the call there wouldn't be enough
time for her to do this.
Is this a Bluetooth connectivity problem or is there some setting that would correct this?

CHECK THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE BARCODE UNDER THE BATTERY OF YOUR SAMSUNG. NOT ALL SAMSUNG SOFTWARE IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE AUDI. THE NEWER SOFTWARE MAY BE COMPATIBLE, BUT NOT OLDER MODELS OF THE U600. YOU CAN GET BLUETOOTH SOFTWARE THAT IS COMPATIBLE, JUST REMEMBER TO TAKE THE SERIAL NUMBER WITH YOU!!!

What is the question? Obviously they're not compatible. Don't be bothered to send it to service. Samsung service will tell you, that they can't guarantee working with other than Samsung bluetooth. Sorry, dude. L4 technician.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
