From the menu bar, select Help > About Kodak EasyShare software.
Note the software version. If you have Version 8.0 or later installed on your computer, review the help information for Transfer Pictures.
From the menu bar, select Help > Kodak EasyShare Help.When the Welcome to EasyShare Software window appears, select Transfer pictures, then read the help information.
If you do not have Version 8.0 or later installed on your computer, go to EASYSHARE Software Downloads, then follow the instructions to download the latest version of software. Approximate download time is 5 minutes for Cable/DSL, or 2 hours for a dial-up connection.
If that doesn't solve your problem you can manually add your pictures/videos to easyshare software.
In easyshare Software, select My Collection, then select Add Pictures. The Add Pictures screen appears.Look at the Select a location field. If the My Files folder is collapsed, click the + to open the folder.In the Select a location field, select your camera folder, for example: M381 Digital Camera. Thumbnails of the pictures/videos on your camera internal memory, and on a memory card if one is in your camera, appear.
Select the pictures/videos to add to EASY SHARE Software, then click Add Pictures. To add all the pictures/videos in the folder, click Add Entire Folder.Click Done.
you can download the newest version of the easyshare software from the kodak website. Click here and if you have a firewall please deactivate it for the installation.
Go to the following Kodak site and download the latest EasyShare software to your PC. http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=130&CID=go&idhbx=easysharesw&pq-locale=en_GB&_requestid=4162 Install the software then reboot the PC. Once rebooted plug in your camera to your PC then switch on the camera. The Kodak EasyShare application will see you camera and then go though an initial setup for your specific camera. Just accept all the default options and then when this is finished the software will download all your camera contents to a folder on your PC. You then select SAVE and then you can wipe al the pictures from your camera and then unplug it and switch it off ready to take more pictures. Each time you plug in the camera to the PC in future the download sequence will automatically start for you. Read the help file with the application and you can do more things with it. It is all very straightforward.
There is no easy share version avail for your OS, the software is only avail. for winxp sp2 , vista or win 7.
