Rreplacement parts may be obtained from the NESCO
Factory Service Department. When ordering new parts, make sure you always mention the model number of the product, which is found on the bottom of the Roaster Oven.

I have not been able to find the manual for the Rival roaster oven but I did find one for the Nesco roaster oven. The ovens are very similar and that's what I use. Visit nesco.com

I just called Rival for help. Fortunately, my lid "hinge" is going to be replaced with a complete new slow cooker. Call 800 323 9519 or go online at www.rivalproducts.com Also, I saw that they have a recall site (www,rivalrecall.com) for burners. Good luck.
