Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
My dads mp3 says he has no music on it under artist or albulm. He has to go into browse files to find it all, and it wont play anything due to an 'error'. It is showing he has used almost all his memory tho' so I cant see how it has all been deleted.
Does someone know how to fix this or at least what has happened?
Look and see if there is a boot file in one of the folder on the player. If there is delete this file....This file gets put on the player when booting your computer with the player connected..The player is trying to read this file and can't ...Disconnect player when booting system Hope this works.....rate me

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
