Check the Breakers on the boiler. Most newer machines have the breaker against the boiler which can be reset.

Important --- Please make sure the machine is unplugged before attempting this.

SOURCE: how do i reset my saeco sclass incanto coffee machine

Hi
If you are talking about the descale light you must let the machine quit on its own. The lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Stopping it when it is out of water will only let it continue on with the descale cycle. The pump must quit on its own.

SOURCE: i have saeco incanto deluxe coffee machine, ventilate msg appears

Check the end of the steam nozzle, make sure it is not blocked. If not then with the knob open for hot water cycle push in on the knob if that works then the tap rod assemble or the steam valve needs to be replaced.

My Saeco Incanto automatic coffee machine displays 'Warming Up' but nothing happens!

I have the same thing going on. I believe it is the 'heating' control board that may be bad. I have checked all elements and thermo overloads and it all traces back to the board. Good luck!

I have a saeco incanto classic I have tried to descale 2 times and the red light will not go off, is there a reset buttton?

Hi
In order for the light to go off, the machine has to stop pumping on its own, both in the descale and the rinse mode. If you stop it before its done it will still be in the descale mode.
Once it stops on its own, the lights will change. Then do the rinse by replacing the water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob and again letting the machine quit on its own. Again the lights will change. Then repeat the last cycle (putting water in the tank and closing and then reopening the steam knob)until all the red lights go away and you only have a green blinking light. Now your finished descaling a compact without a digital display.

Do you get coffee? If it is just no water/steam, could be a blockge in the steam wand, or blockage in water lines. First test easy one - the steam wand. If the steam wand is o.k- then check for blockages in water lines/components ( pump, boiler, steam boiler). If you do not feel confortable with testing all the untis where water flows, contact Saeco USA Inc. to locate a Service Center near you at 800-933-7876 (toll-free), ask for customer support, or contact SAECO via e-mail at : [email protected]
