Problem for Haier HD656E Dehumidifier
Dehumidifier Brand haier HD456E does not pull
Dehumidifier Brand haier HD456E does not pull water and the tank is empty, after 24 hours of running with water on wood floor. Can't find manual or online info for this model.

I have 3 HD656E Haier Dehumidifier with the same problem runs but no water in bucket. How many did the Haier company make with this problem?

I just received a unit with the same problem. Seems to be a lot of them out there like it. The problem is the compressor or a refrigerant leak. The compressor runs and feels warm/hot but no refrigerant is being pumped through the fin coils so they don't condense any moisture on them.
The unit has a one year parts and labor warranty. If it's still under warranty, make arrangements to get it repaired or replaced by calling the "Haier Customer Satisfaction Center" at 1-877-337-3639. The compressor and refrigeration system has an additional four years of warranty on it, but you have to pay for the labor to repait/replace it. Not worth the trouble.
If it's past the one year mark, recycle it and go out and buy a different brand. This one apparently sucks.
