How to install CCTV Camera for Home?

CCTV installation usually has 2 DIY methods. First fully wired system with each camera located in its desired position connected by a cable back to a central control box. The cable is usually a coax cable for video and a power cable. The second method is a wireless system where each camera has an antenna sending it's video back to a central control box. The WiFi cameras still need power though.. Most CCTV systems have Android apps that then allow you to watch video on your mobile device.

Home install is only as complicated as your camera locations. Such as requiring ladders and drills for routing cabling. The systems are usually plug and play. Once connected and powered they are fairly straightforward.

YouTube have loads of installation videos.

Video not showing over internet

you need to supply more information. there are settings to control this feature but i would need to know information on your system like model number and how you have it hooked to the internet. web monitoring normally uses port 80, so if your hooked to a router you need to open that port to allow it to flow threw to the ip of the machine with the dvr card installed. if your not experienced with setting up networks or changing settings you will have a difficult time but i will try and help.
