Audio driver problem on acer aspier 4520

i am using xp on acer 4520.
all other drivers got installed properly
other then the audio driver i downloaded xp compatibel drivers but while installing an errer msg is displayed ''Install Realtek HD driver failure !!''
and in device manager the driver isnt geetin updated also................

acer dont support xp drivers for this machine just download directly from Realtek website here
tell me if they dont work with ur hardware i will fwd u another link
