Question about JVC Audio Players & Recorders

Unbalanced LEDs> amplification problem, or mere graphic drop out? my newly acquired AX-1 does not show as much power level indication on the left LED. cannot really hear a difference when panning between channels, in stereo nor in mono modes. but i wonder if certain frequencies are not being amped as much on the left channel, or if somewhere in the circuit something is not as it should be. is it possible that the left LED is merely ''lazy'' and not as sensitive as the right LED or is what arrives definitely what is being shown on the level indicator? in which case there is not as much power arriving to the left channel?

This could be a defect in the metering circuit. In order to verify this, you should measure the output externally.

This is a repeated problem, please see initial proble for the complete solution.

If there is no response when the power button is pushed it could be faulty or have had liquid spill affecting it.If the fan spins and no LEDs flash it is possibly the CMOS battery is flat if it is a coin cell type.Any flashing LEDs indicate a problem and answers can be found by observing the sequence any checking for HP LED fault codes online for user repair options like reseating/checking memory modules, graphics problem etc

HOW TO WIRE GEMINI GRAPHIC EQ 3000 TO behringer djx750 proffessional MIXER

Line level output of the mixer would go into the line level inputs of the EQ, and the EQ line level outpputs to the line level inputs of the amplifier. If you are faced with a mix of unbalanced inputs or outputs, to balanced inputs or outputs it gets a little complicated because you need to matrix the balanced signal to unbalanced load and vice versa. There is no single answer to doing this either.

RCA jacks are unbalanced, 2 conductor 1/4 inch connections are unbalanced most of the time. XLR and 3 conductor 1/4 inch jacks and plugs can be either balanced or unbalanced. If either are wired so left and right are a single ring or tip on the 3 conductor 1/4 inch jack, it is unbalanced and they would share a common ground lead. XLR wired with one pin common with shield and right and left have a single conductor on the plug or jack, that is unbalanced.

On My Dv5-1125nr both the caps lock and num lock keeps blinking when i turn it on. It's wont boot at all. What kind of hardware problem is this?

First remove the battery and power cord for about a minute. Then plug back in and see if that helps. Otherwise please read the following:

LEDs near Caps Lock and Number Lock keys blink when starting notebook The LED lights near the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys will blink if an error is detected during the start up process. The LEDs will blink a number of times in a sequence and then stop. The number of blinks in the sequence indicates what component caused an error when it was being tested during start up. If the LEDs stop blinking and the computer does not start, you can press the power button again to repeat the tests. Count the number of blinks, and use the chart to identify the error condition. Knowing the number of blinks is helpful when you contact an HP support agent for technical help. Shop rider sovereign voltage indication. Brand new fully charged

hi Richard,

Does the scooter actually lose power after the 3 leds show ?

If it is losing power then a suggest to try some other batteries to confirm dodgy batteries, check the terminal connections etc.

If it does not lose power then the volt meter is at fault, if you can check the voltage before riding then after it shows only 3 leds , if there is a big drop, check the charger first to make sure the batteries are getting fully charged.

GeWiz.,

When I turn the power off on my amplifier my speakers make a loud noise

This often normal to get a pop as the power goes down. The amplifier goes out of balance as the power drops and it drives current into the speakers. This is a design problem and most amps don't even TRY to avoid it. Very large amps have relays that disconnect the speakers an instant before the power collapses to protect the speakers.

Does not power on although charging led is on....

You may have a defective battery. Depending on the notebook and battery, try one of following procedures to confirm if this is merely a battery problem:

1. Examine the battery to see if there is a built-in charge status indicator on it. These will be a series of LEDs and a button that, when pressed, will cause one or more to illuminate. If none of the LEDs illuminate, even after the unit has been charging for some time, you probably have a bad battery. Or

2. Remove the battery from the notebook, attach the power adapter, and turn on the computer. If the computer runs WITHOUT the battery installed, you probably have a bad battery.

How do you check ink levels

Introduction This describes how to check the estimated ink level in the cartridge. NOTE: Ink level warnings and indicators provide estimates for planning purposes only. When an indicator shows low ink levels, keep a replacement ink cartridge available to avoid possible printing delays. Ink cartridges do not need to be replaced until print quality becomes unacceptable. Checking ink levels Perform the following steps to check the estimated ink levels: NOTE: If you have installed a refilled or remanufactured print cartridge, or a cartridge that has been used in another printer, the ink level indicator will be inaccurate or unavailable.
  1. Open the Printer Toolbox . There are two ways to do this:
    • Click Start and select HP Solution Center . Select the Settings menu, then the Print Settings submenu, and finally the Printer Toolbox .
    • In your printing application, click File , click Print , and click Properties . Click the Services tab, then the Service This Device icon.
  2. The Printer Toolbox opens. Click the Estimated Ink Level tab. A cartridge may be running out of ink even if the graphic shows ink remaining (see the note at the start of this section). Lines or streaks always appear in printouts when the cartridges begin to run out of ink. Replace print cartridges that are out of ink or low on ink. Figure 1: Estimated ink levels
