Repair Fan Blower motor

Motor might be bad and shutting down on thermal protection. Is this a direct drive or belt driven ? .if belt driven try adjusting the belt tension or just replaced the motor

open it up and vacuum and blow out the fan and other areas

Check the blower motor capicator. It should be mounted close to the motor with 2 wires to it (brown,brown/white).
Turn the blower on the thermostat and spin the squirrel cage by hand and see if it runs after by itself. If it does then definitely the capicator is bad .If it still doesn't run then check to see if there is voltage going to motor.
If thermostat is calling for fan and there is voltage present at the motor terminal then the motor is bad

There is a blower motor under the dash, behind glovebox. Loosen 3 retaining screws holding motor housing, drop motor housing and blower motor unit. Replace blower unit. The problem involves the blower resistor. This piece must be replaced but might be easier to replace the entire blower motor unit.

either bad run cap on motor or bad blower motor

if the purge fan wont start on its own see if there is a capactor attached. if not replace it. more than likely you cannot lube the bearings in your blower motor. the new fans are not serviceable.
