Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
The physical mute button on my laptop does not work. I have it on mute and when I press the button again to unmute it, it doesnt want to change. Also the scroll function on the mouse area has slightly moved to the inside of the "arrow" area when the scroll area is supposed to be on the outer side of the arrow (at the bottom right hand side). Do i need to get this repaired?
If you are under warranty, get it fixed. If it is not under warranty, the mute problem is not something I would spend money to fix (it will take replacing the keyboard).
You can turn the mute on and by clicking the Sound icon on lower right side of the Start bar.
Let me know if this makes sense to you.
I don't understand the mouse scroll/arrow issue. Can you attach a picture of the problem? Thanks.
