I have cleaned the filters & spray arms, There are no lights flashing or codes lit to indicate a fault but each time i load the dishwasher and it completes a cycle the dishes are just as dirty and the powder dispenser is open with the tablet not disssolved, i have tried putting tablet on cutlery tray say result.
I have cycled in rinse mode with door open (I overode the door switch). The drain starts the cycle, and when finished draining cold water is pumped into the base of the unit via filter. The machine then ''hums'' for a period, the completes cycle. No water is pumped at any time through the other pipeworkwork, either with the arms fitted or removed. Is there a seperate pump for suppling the clean water? If so this has probably failed, which is why I here the ''Hum'' when it is powered up. Or is it something else? I dont want to start stripping out when i don't know what i am looking for.
