Question about Dell Computers & Internet
With increasing frequency our server just stops. It has power, all the lights are on and show a 'good' status. However, everything is frozen, screen goes to 'sleep' and clients systems cannot access shares.
Dell has already replaced almost everything at least once under the warranty. On their request I wiped the disks and re-installed SBS2003 and recreated my user accounts and file shares from backup.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you receive a "No Production Server Active" message when using QuickDisc, make sure that the Production Server status is set to Active, Processing orders in Rimage System Manager. Once the Production Server is set to this status, jobs can be processed.
1. Open Rimage System Manager.
2. Select Production Server. Production Server status information displays in the right panel, next to the Production Servericon.
3. If Production Server is paused or stopped, press the play button. Production Server starts.
If this does not fix your problem, feel free to give our support line a call @ 1-800-553-8312 (Option 2).
