Try to turn off your cellphone for a meantime say about five minutes. Then turn it on it will prompt you to enter your security code. Key in your pass just once. If it doesn't help contact your cellular company provider for PUK unlock code.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

you can use the security code in place of the unlock code.
what you need to do is just press the Menu button (the "-" button just above the ) when it asks you to enter the unlock code.
now it asks you for the security code. if you have not set the security code, just enter 6 zeros. (000000).
if you have changed the security code, just enter it.
now you can set a new unlock code even you dont know rhe old unlock code.
go to settings --> go to security--> goto New Passwords-->select unlock code..
it asks you to enter the old code, just press the menu button, it asks you for the security code, enter it, now enter a new UNLOCK code of 4 Digit.
You need to get this unlocked. Email firstname.lastname@example.org. They charge £3.99 and then send you the correct code to unlock the phone. If they cannot help they immediately refund the £3.99. You see many sites offering this free, but believe me this is the only one I know you can rely on. Whats £3.99 cant get two pints for that!!
hi, are you using the same network your brother was on if not then the phone can only be unlocked using a lead and unlocking software. If this is not the case and the phone is on the right network then you will need the master unlock code witch ill give you at the end of this ok. But first you need to know this info: 1 The master code wont work if you have entered 5 codes and got it wrong if you have then the phone is hard locked and can be only unlocked using flash lead and unlocking software. no phone shop will do this as the phone could be stolen so by law they wont do it. I have the leads and software but this is no good to you but you can purchase the leads of some auction sites. 2 The code will only work if it is the security code the phone is asking for, if your brother has set another code then he will need to give you this as the master code just resets the security code giving you access to the phone and reset the code to what it was when new.
Anyway here is the master code for your phone 4062334670 enter this code when you switch the phone on and when the phone asks for the code. If you have any problems give me a shout back ok and ill assist you the best i can ok
SIM pin code: This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code: Pin Unlock Code (PUK) If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled. Phone Security Code: This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code: Master Reset Code Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times. Which is the one that you want? The default security code for Nokia is 12345
