I just went through this 30 minutes ago.

When you are asked for the passkey, click on generate passkey or choose one for me.

a passkey will appear on the computer

enter this passkey on the keyboard then press enter.

they should connect and pair properly.

I have the solidtek ASK-3962 and I just upgraded to Windows 7. I got instructions from solidtek to take out the batteries and press keys on the keyboard for 1 minute and then replace the batteries. This discharges keyboard capacitors and removes any previous pairing information.

Then have Windows 7 start the pairing process, press the pairing key on the keyboard back.

Then enter the pairing code generated by Windows 7 on the keyboard just as stated in the previous posts. It worked fine.

what type of computer do you have and does it have a blue tooth receiver in it. if not you will need to get one, most pc's do not have blue tooth receivers although some do.

I just checked and that keyboard does not come with a reciever so that is most likely your problem. you need a receiver for your PC.

Cant connect to device through bluetooth or any other way!!

your problem isn't making much sense. you say you are using bluetooth devices to connect your pc to your printer and it isn't working because you need a passkey (encyption key).
