- I have the same problem as vegasjoe and removed the back of the tv to find the F connector may be connected to a larger circuit behiend the panel. Is this something I can fix. If so, where do I get parts and instructions?- wclamond

Yes, it is worth repairing. Replacing the F connector is a very simple thing, and as long as nothing was forced into the hole left by the missing F connector, the repair should run about $40.

it is worth repairing??
no it is not you can buy new one available any where in parts market.
if it is not repair properly you may face loose contact problem .so better you replace it.
