Try to plug your phone to other USB port in your PC I will recommend to plug it at the USB port at the back of your CPU. USB supply of power at the back of the CPU is sufficient to make your device function properly so it may be able to detect by the system..mostly device can't recognize by the system because they didn't function properly specially if they are plugged in a USB port who don't have enough supply of power to make them work properly..Hope it may help you..

just take u handset to the nearest mobile repairing shop and you'll come to know about the problem after the diagnose process....this might be a software issue, or LCD issue..

Hello, I just confirmed with Motorola customer care, sicne I also faced the same problem. It seems the Moto W270 does NOT have a modem (hardware) hence one CANNOT access internet on the PC via the data cable, internet access is possible only on the handset and not on the PC
Moto W270 dose not have a Java installed , so all those issues about insalling games in W270 will not work , and one more thing copying jar files to others folder will not work..
