Blank screen I used my MP3 player Saturday night and it worked fine. The next day I turned it on and could only get a blank, white screen. I tried reseting it, charging it, turning it off and on, but that's all I can get. The music plays fine, I just have no read-out to see what's coming on or to choose a different playlist, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks. Robin

Blank White Screen on my Sansa E260 4g mp3

Try doing a soft rest on your player. Hold the power button the player for 15-20 seconds. This should power the player off, after which you should be able to power it back on.

MP3 player

I think it over charged. I left it on all day. When I returned home it was turned off. Before when I tried to turn it off it wouldn't. I turned it back on and it was fine, but the battery was very low. I charged it for a smaller amount of time. It is now fine and working like normal!

Go Gear Trouble

Try this:
Make sure the GoGear is disconnected from the computer
Turn the goGear off
Hold in the volume + button
Reconnect the goGear to the computer while holding in the volume + button
Continue holding the volume + button for 20-30 seconds until a "Found New Hardware Wizard" window pops up

If this does not work, the GoGear is toast, call 1-888-PHILIPS and see if you are still in warranty

A blank screen

Try going to recovery mode by enabling the hold switch then press the record button then press the menu button until you see on the player screen welcom to recovery mode. Download the update from the sandisk site then install and run it on your computer. Then perform the update. Hope that helps.
