Toshiba a45 s121 laptop won't continue booting, help!!!

At the start of boot press F8 and a xp boot menu will appear the best way to check out what is wrong is to slect safe with networking so that if you need driver from the internet you can get them. when the computer boots look in my computer right click on property and open device manager check an see if there are any conflics which will be indicated by a red or yellow check .
If this is the case uninstall the drivers and restart the system and the drivers will reload . if there are no chechs right click on my computer and click manage go to event veiwer and look at the errors and find out when the event happen that cause you computer to malfunction and remove the drivers that were updated. all and all this sound like a device conflic. good luck...
