Click start>all programmers>accessories>system tools>system restore, that's it :)

Click start>all programmes>accesories>system tools>system restore, choose restore my pc to an earlier date and then select a date that is not greyed out, press ok and the pc will restart, but any updates installed will be lost and need to be reinstalled again.
