Instructions for the whirlpool refrigerator model # M-ET1FHTXMQ04 sucks...doesn't explain how to remove the filter or the front grill in order to clean under the unit.

To change the filter rotate counter clockwise. To remove the grill at bottom grab bottom lift up and out. also here is the manual.
