DS tells me "No game card inserted" when AR DS is inserted

AR's are extremely sensative to motion and how it was inserted. Make sure you blow on the AR and the DS slot and the cartridge and it should be fine. If after many failed attempts, try resetting it on the PC because you might of put a very corrupted code on it.

try to get a paper towel with ahocol not beer like just alchaol

if its an old action replay it might not work, if you have the action replay DSI it will, the older ones don't like new games, i have an old ar for ds but i put pokemon soulsilver it and it said the same thing to me, so i went to EB and bought the AR for DSi. and it worked fine

You may have a deffected game. You can take it back to where you bought it, tell them the problem and ask for a new game. if they don't take it back, you can tell nintendo about it and they will most likely either try to fix it or give you a new game.

heres what i did i put the action replay in select the codes i want then i take the action replay out and put the game in it may sound crasy but it works

ok this happened to me too

well it started to work for me suddenly again after i rest and took a break from it about 30min and when i tryed again it worked :)

remove game card and place ds in warm place overnight ...damp is causing this problem

I suggest you go to the store where you bought the action replay card and ask the Costumer Service for help. They might give you a replace, and if the replace doesn't work, then it just doesn't work for your Pokemon game. My cousin had the same problem. He bought one of those replay cards and tried one of my  Nintendo D.S. games. It didn't work. When he tried it on his games it worked perfectly, and just 2 of my games it didn't work. Have you tried inserting the game while the DS was off? I too find that the Action Replay doesn't recognize when you insert a game while the AR and DS is on. So you may just need to turn off your DS, insert the game, and then turn on your DS and activate the codes
