the microsoft co had installed for me by update xp home edition sp3 
but the appearence of this windows is like vista but it dosent appear 
i tried to enter properties and change appearence but no response 
also i had lost my sound since it was installed

So, if you right click on "My Computer" and you go to properties, and under the General tab you see that Windows XP Home Edition and Service Pack 3 is installed?

Hi there. Just to clarify, did you update to SP3 via Windows Update?
