How to pair bluetooth

One device sends the Bluetooth signal. For example, your smartphone can send a Bluetooth signal to play music from the phone on a portable speaker, or you might send it to a wireless earphone to make hands-free phone calls.
The second device receives the Bluetooth signal and plays the sound or picture.
To pair them, first set the receiving device (example: Bluetooth speaker) in "pairing mode". This is usually done by pressing a certain button on the receiving device for 3 or 4 seconds. Next, on your sending device (example: your phone) open the Bluetooth settings and select to search for Bluetooth devices. Your receiving device should appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices. Tap to connect to the receiving device. This may take up to 15 seconds. You should see a message on one or both devices saying "Connected".

My asus memo pad 7 wont send, receive or pair with devices through Bluetooth

hai there, as i analyze, you have to pair manually to other device, cannot straight send file to the others by bluetooth.
before send file and other thing, first make sure some one or other device you want to send have to be recognized by your device by pairing manually.
you have to go to bluetooth setting, for pairing manually you can choose by search or by listening device, don't forget the other device must do the same. after your device completed pairing to the others you can transfer all files you want.
cheers. hope its helps

I have Inspiron 6400 Dual-Core Processor T2060(1.6GHz/533MHz/1MB) can I upgrade process only with Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 2.0GHz 2MB 800 CPU SLA49

The Inspiron 6400 was offered with a choice of three Intel Core 2 Duo Processors; the T5600, T7200, and T7400. The T5600 offered 1.83Ghz, with a 2MB L2 Cache. The T7200 offered 2Ghz, and the T7400 offered 2.16GHz of processing speed. Both the T7200 and the T7400 featured a 4MB cache.
I'm sure the T7200 will work, likely the T7250 but no guarantee

I can only send files but i cannot receive files from another Bluetooth device

Before you receive files form another device, pair it with your own device. This can be done from the blue tooth menu. First search for the device, then add it to your list of paired devices before sending the files.
Hope that was helpful?
Success.

I bought my son a blackberry curve 8250 a few days ago. I cannot send any files to his new phone via bluetooth, even though the phones do pair with each other. Please help!

When you send over bluetooth on a blackberry and the handset pairs you need to select the file type you are send and be in the folder to received. Once in that folder you need to click the blackberry key and select received via bluetooth.

I have an L.G. Shine and cant get the blue tooth to work

The bluetooth of the phone is in the settings of the phone. To get it to work, turn on the phone, then you go to the settings, go to bluetooth and turn it on from there, once it is turned on, then you ensure the device you are trying to pair with is turned on, then you try to send or receive a file from other devices, it will require you to pair the devices up to be able to send or receive files using the bluetooth.
Use a simple pairing passkey to pair the devices up, like 1111 or 0000, that should help.
Hope this was helpful. Thanks for using fixya.

I can't receive files via bluetooth on my Blackberry Bold

When you want to receive a bluetooth file do the following:

1. Go to Media.
2. Hit the menu key (left of trackball) and select Explore.
3. Browse to the folder you want to store the file in.
5. Hit Menu key again and select "receive using bluetooth."
6. Send from the other phone.

You'll have to do this for each file individually.
