hi how did you solve the problem pls? i ve installed mine using the website config..there is a double pc icon in the tray for local area connection ..status downloading..but i cant get a website or the net on my pc ?? when i try to dial out it says there is no modem or installed incorrectly..??

the lights are all flashing ..the cables connected ..settings as they should be from the quick instal guide..

also in my pc hardware register there is no modem or device installed ..

it must be sending the net to thin air ??

any help would be appreciated.. my adsl 200 dlink is working fine on here ..i did disconnect it to instal the 604 .. my son wants the net on his ps3 or else i wouldnt bother ..
