Printer hardware problem

Hello, My printer won't turn on... when I called the HP customer support. They told me it was a hardware problem... Can someone help me?

Yes it is a hardware problem your logic board is bad

Amber and 2 green lights on solid and won't pick up paper

To clear the error, turn the printer off and then on again. If the problem
persists, leave the printer off for 15 minutes to reset the formatter. If

I have an HP Officejet 6500 Wireless printer. The cartridge has jammed to the right and won't move. I don't know what happened.

It is a carriage jam. If you are still in warranty, you should call customer support. If not, then there is probably not a lot you can do to fix it.

HP PSC 750 will not scan.

OK I'll Give you three steps to try and then I'll give you a recommendation

With the usb cable connected unplug the power cable from the printer while it is on and wait for 30 seconds now unplug the power cable from the wall jack and then replug the power cable from the walljack and then to the printer.
now check if your printer gives the same error.

try another usb cable for the printer

Hold the usb cable with your hand and see if the status changes .If it doesn't

Its the usb port of your printer gone bad.
Its a nice printer hardly any problems to Hp customers at all,but unfortunately well you know what Im gonna say.

Anyway call in to hp at 1800-474-6836 and directly ask for an upgrade nothing else and you will get a 50% discount on an all In one printer.
with a years hardware and software problems covered.
you can extend this plan on the spot.
Now If you face any hardware or software issues then your printer will be replaced free of cost for hardware problems.
If its a software issue the hp tech will take a remote access of your computer and make your printer work perfectly.

Hope this will make you a little happy.

yes,i work for HP.Change the cartridge if this still persists with the old and new cartridges then its a hardware malfunction with the printer and so call in to hp at 1800-474 6836 and directly ask the customer representative for the upgrade options or get a new printer .If you call in to Hp then you can avail atleast a 50% discount on the upgrade printer with free shipping right(Hopefully)

My printer wont print a document .....I called the 1300 no: and someone told me to uninstall the the printer from my computer and then reinstall it .....thanks i did this and now my computer does not what...

Go to and click on support, you will see downloads, select your printer and download software and drivers, they usually have updated versions and they work better than the disc you recieved with the printer.
