I have the all-in-one driver. The printer is hooked up directly to the PC via USB, and is also available as a network printer through this PC. Any time I print from a network PC, it requires me to cycle power to print. This often happens on the direct print as well.
A second problem I have is that I can't print from another PC hooked directly via parallel port. I do this because this PC is usually on our corporate VPN - therefore inaccessible from home network. The OS recognizes the printer, and I've installed the latest drivers. Is there a problem hooking two different PC's to this printer even though there are two ports available?

The following is my exact problem...can it be repaired? Hard to tell if piece is broken. "My faxes are not printing. The error message says there is a paper mismatch and tells me to remove the transparency and press enter. Problem is, I'm not using transparencies, just normal paper. Problem started when I noticed a small, clear, rectangular plastic piece in my paper tray. I think this might be the problem, but I can't tell where to reinsert the piece. Help!" from 2008 on your site. Thanks!!
