Question about HP Pavilion zt1135 Notebook
At first i noticed the bottom 1/3 of screen developing horizontal white lines. Now the lines are all over the place making it impossible to use. An external monitor work just fine but that kind of defeats the purpose of a laptop. Is the whole screen died or is the a part i can replace?
For the time being its dying I hate to say this but its true. WHY because I have one and thats what Im using now. My laptop is an HP when I bought it it had a Warranty so I sent it to be repaired and the Datacom people and Agency for HP rang me and said I have to pay $1300 to repair this machine because of negligence. I ask what do you mean he said I had a cracked screen that I did it. Some weeks later I spoke to friends about this problem I had and they said they heard heaps about it too. Well the short story to this and I dont mind broadcasting it. Hewlet Packards are ****...they specially built my machine for things such as this to break and yell negligence. Now to get back to your problem eventually your screen will be no longer functioning and the only way for you to survive is to go the cheap way. I went out and bought a PHILLIPS flat screen moniter 17" with PC and TV capabilities and Im over the moon.....your right it defeats the purpose but for a few bucks less I would rather this way then that useless HP way.
