A pad Lock symbol on my Norelco Smart Touch Electric Shaver.

I was cleaning it with a brush and the heads were removed. I turned it on and the 3 spining parts that stay on the shaver started spinning and then stopped. I figured when I put the ravor back together the Pad Lock Symbol would go away. It didn't. How to I correct the problem? The correct model is the 9195 XL Smart Touch. I don't see it in your list of products below.
Thanks,
Paul

It does nto cut like it use to. The blade is only 6 months old Whats the best way to clean it. It seem to be cutting with only 1 of the triple head

The Arcitec shavers have a poor design which makes it difficult to clean well. The blades can not be removed from their combs, therefore, the only way to clean this is by running them in a cleaning solution. Norelco makes a shaver cleaned that can be used for this. It is available from shaveroutlet.com at the link below. Rubbing alcohol can also be used.

Simply fill a container about 1 inch deep with the cleaner and then stick the shaver head down into the liquid with it running. Run for several seconds, remove and repeat several times.

Note that if your shaver is badly clogged, this still may not work that well due to the poor design of the shaver heads. If you require replacement, you will also find them at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

Red light at bottom flashes even when razor ids fully charged. What can causrethis?

When the battery is almost empty (when there are only 5 or fewer shaving minutes left), the battery symbol lights up red.

Make sure that the battery does not have a memory effect. What I suggest is taking the shaving head unit off and running the shaver till empty, then recharging. Check if the red light is still flashing.

There's also a head indicator at the bottom of some shavers.

To remind you to replace the shaving unit, the shaving unit symbol flashes (all types) and you hear a beep when you switch off the shaver (RQ1090 only). This happens at the end of 7 successive shaves to remind you to replace the shaving unit.

Without knowing what model you have it's difficult to diagnose further.

Whats the symbol flashing on Philips HQ 9190 CC Smart Touch XL

This indicator signals that time has elapsed and it is due for a replacement of the shaver heads. You will find replacement heads for model HQ9190 at shaveroutlet.com. See link below.

http://shaveroutlet.com/norelco-philips-hq9-replacement-heads-p-252.html

Once you have installed the new heads, you will need to reset the indicator. You will find this information in your user manual. If you no longer have your user manual, you can view it using the link below
