Well i have 2 nokia 6010 models and to chargers a house and car charger there both cingular but the screenhas a little box with stop sigh come up that says not charging what do i do?

either the charger pin on your phone is broken or your battery is dead and u need a new one. if none of these are the cases it is your cord of the charger.

the chargers are faulty or the batteries for both the devices are gone.

First of all try charging your phone with another nokia charger to see if it works or not, if it doesn't then

The problem is from your charging port and you have to change it so that your phone will start charging again

But as a temporary solution,i suggest you get a desktop charger to use to charge your battery and you should also get another battery so as you are charging one battery you are using the other one

Some chargers dont work with this particular model of phone even though they fit. One that works for me is called a I-GO you buy the tip separately from the cord and its a little bit expensive, roughly 40 dollars, but it works lol.

The phone sounds like its dying. It needs to be replaced, This model of phone is about 3 years old now..

If you've already tested a different battery, and the charger is working.. it's the phone itself that is malfunctioning.

I had the same problem, check the fuse, also if the fuse is blown check the piece that fits into the device, you may have lost the little part that stops the fuse from blowing, it looks like a small ring on the end, stops it from shorting.

I have nokia 6010, seems to be having similar problem. Tmobile trouble shoot suggests battery contacts, or battery charger, or battery itself as problems. Even better check this out. might help. Oh. might be battery, plug in the charger, battery must have a small amount of charge to turn on, say 10 min. then try to turn on. See if it's charging.
