It is difficult to find a problem that happens only every 2 or 3 days! I think the first step would be to find out if it is the computer or another part of the network. Do other computers on the network continue to work while this one fails? Can you connect it to a different network and see if it works there? Are you connecting through a router? Does the connection light (computer and router and modem) stay on when the failure occurs? Also check the modem light on the phone line side to see if it is a phone line problem. Lights off on the computer side could be a problem with the cable. Replace the network card and see if that solves the problem? Could it be a duplicate IP address? One time I saw a computer that had this exact problem. It turned out to be a duplicate MAC address. That seems impossible, but it seems a company made a whole lot of computers with a built in network card and they all had the same address. No problem when connecting through a router, but connecting directly to the modem worked okay until someone else with one of these computers using the same ISP connected.

I need MSI-7312 motherboard drivers for win7 32bit

Hi,
below is link for this board's specs.
http://msi.com/product/mb/K9MM-V.html#/?div=Detail

However windows 7 is not supported
you can in most cases use the vista driver. or visit each components website for any new support drivers they have.
the above link does describe Realtek as your audio and Lan and VIA as your chipset.
you should at least have the latest BIOS done prior to updating the drivers.

hope this helps

SERACHING DRIVERS FOR MSI K9MM-V FOR WINDOWS 7. WHAT VGA CHIPSET IS IT

The motherboard you mentioned has VIA K8M800 and VT8237R Plus chipset. Unfortunately there are no qualified drivers for windows 7 for this motherboard. I suggest you to try the generic windows 7 drivers. In case of a problem download the windows XP drivers from this official link and if the problem is still existing try before the installation to right click on the file you are about to install and check at the compatibility tab the compatibility with windows XP sp3 check-box.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.
