Sounds like main board fault. Contact any technician to confirm.

SOURCE: Panasonic viera

1.You may have the magnet of a speaker too close to the TV.
2.Turn off other electrical devices in the house one at a time.
3.Faulty cable.

Puzzler.

SOURCE: crackling noise from tv

That crackling noise has nothing to do with the television and everything to do with your antenna. It is merely signal breakdown, when you get signal interference with analogue tv you get snow, with digital you get little squares on the screen and/or sound breaking and cutting in and out, get a licensed antenna repairer to come out check your signal strength as you may need a booster or your antenna could just be a few degrees off....

Sound from the panasonic viera 50inch full hd is crackling

Check its speaker/s first. If found OK, check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit, or replace the audio output section circuit as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

I have a 56inch panasonic Viera LED TV. it turns on and the sound works fine, and the screen lights up but it is a white blank screen with no picture. Suggestions?

Does it display channel numbers or other pictures when you press menu or other tools? If so, it's a problem with the TV's video inputs. If not, it's something wrong with the projection hardware, matrix, or power supply. Failing that, I recommend contacting Panasonic's support center, and keep any information you have on buying the TV handy. Good luck!

DOES PANASONIC 42" VIERA TH-L42U5S" BROADCAST VIDEO FILES FROM FLASH DRIVE? WHEN I CONNECT MY USB DRIVE TO THE TV, THE VIDEO FILES COULD NOT BE RECOGNIZED BY TV, JUST MUSIC AND PICTURES CAN BE VIEWED....

No this TV does not process video files from USB. To improve sound quality reset the sound settings to midrange on all settings. Too much bass causes the sound to be muddy, especially on vocals

I'd call the cable company, it sounds like you have an issue with the cable box.

What setting do i need to have my tv on for a game system? Panasonic viera plasma tv. I believe it is a 40"

There is no specific setting that is "required" to be on for a game system, there is a built in mode label game mode, Press the aspect button on the remote, this mode make the picture a bit darker, which will keep any type of static logo from retaining on the screen, if image retention occurs, the logo will fade over time, would have to be stationary on the screen for a few weeks to become permanent.
