Samsung SGH-E250 Video Problem

I don't know what this problem is, but I'll try to explain it. I put a mp4 video on my phone via bluetooth from my PC so I could watch it on my phone. Then I tried to find it and it was in (Other Files) in (My Files) so I tried to open it but there was no option for Play. How do I fix this problem? Get a solution back ASAP its urgent!!!! CYA

Yeah there are mp4 files that cant be played in this mobile. SGH E250 that is...

Solutions...
1. Try to lower that resolution to 176x144 still in mp4 format
2. Try to lower the kbps to below 100 still in mp4 format
3. convert mp4 to 3gp with solution 1 & 2 as your options output format

there are alot of free mp4, media converters available in the i-net

I hope this helps to you...because I have the same problems like you guys before the solutions suggested above are the ones I did to solve my problems with video not playing in this unit model. ok

Mp4 videos are supported by sgh-e250.rather it records videos in mp4 format only.the problem that u've is because of the very high resolution of the video that u transferred.so try lowering the resolution of the videos and then transfer them.this problem is also in the images.in e250 u cannot view the images that have resolutions as high as 1600x1200 (2.0 megapixels) and more.so lower the resolutions and then u can enjoy the videos as well as images on ur phone ;D

It s very easy... I worked on MP4 tests for this model...
try to use the converter from Samsung PC studio 3...
Video: (codec H263)
this are the maximum possible encoding bitrates allowed by the sgh-e250...
at 24 fps(frames per second) the maximum bitrate is 178kbps
at 15 fps -> 196 kbps (that s the one I use...)
at 30 fps -> 157 kbps

Audio: (AAC)
mono or stereo up to 128 kbps...
I tried with 192kbps with the program from samsung but it doesnt work with this model...
I hope this will help you...

The video was not converted in 3GPP format and that is why it was not working. In order to make it work, download 3GPP converter from www.google.com.

KWHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS WHEN YOU USE THE STUDIO PROGRAM BY SAMSUNG , MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON THE FOLDER FOR "VIDEO DOWNLOAD". THIS WILL PUT IT ON THE MEMORY OF THE "PHONE", NOT THE MICRO SD CARD. THEN YOU WILL USE THE PHONE TO MOVE IT "IN". SELECT "IN" TO MEMORY CARD , AS TO SAVE SPACE ON THE PHONE MEMORY. THE PHONE MEMORY WON'T HOLD MORE THAN 1 VIDEO, MAYBE 2 IF YOU ARE LUCKY. E-MAIL ME IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND I WILL WALK YOU THROUGH WITH MORE DETAIL. GO USE PRISM CONVERTER WHICH WILL CONVERT ANY FILE TO MP4 (SELECT MP4 AS OUTPUT), THEN SELECT RESOLUTION TO : 320 X 240 , THIS IS A MUST AND IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR PROBLEM.

Access Memory Card in Samsung SGH-E250

Hi there,

I am having the same problem with my phone.
What I've found out until now is that you can only access the memory card through an USB connection or by getting a card reader. So I think this qualifies as a solution.

I am still looking for a way to make it work via bluetooth connection. I will let you know if I find anything. :)
