Problem for Toshiba 27AF41 27" TV
Flashing in and out picture

This morning I turn on my TV and the picture basically fades in and out. I turned it on and off several times, and the rate at which the fading in and out was happening would change - sometimes happening at a faster interval, sometimes slowing to happening only maybe 3 times a minute. At this time the TV is on and I can sense a slight in and out of focus happening.
