- Absolutely! You can also find a coil cleaner there at Home Depot also that is a no rinse cleaner. You just have to put it in a spray bottle and spray it on. The unit needs to be running when you clean it so it will pull the chemical through the coil. It may blow bubbles but don't be alarmed. Just try and get it as clean as possible or you will have to buy another. A dirty unit will burn it up too.
