One year old window heat pump unit will not power

has a digital front touch pad and a remote, havent used it in about 6 months. yes there is power to the plug and the reset works.

Is it not coming on? If it isn't, is the control pad lighting up? Is any of the electronics lighting up? If not, then the control board is probably bad. You will need to check voltages to the control board.
