I have a error code coming up saying E:04. Any

It has been 2 1/2 weeks since this was posted so it has already been solved probably. Open the basket on the pump to see if the water is draining freely from the wash tub. (You can access the basket by removing the round panel in the lower right corner of the front panel). If the water is freely draining, check for plugging of the drain line from the pump to the outside. If the water is not freely draining, remove the rubber boot between the wash tub and the pump and clean out the debris around the ball at the wash tub end.
