Canon PIXMA iP4000 problem

Hello.
I have this Print Server connected to a Canon PIXMA iP4000 printer, and afer configuring the printer in the computers as it is said in the manual, I try to print some documents, and the printer do not print anything in some of them, and the others were half printed.
There is any known solution for this issue?

Wizyou are probably missing the bidirectional support setting in the print server...some printers simply cannot be print served and this may in fact be one.
