Fridge not COOLING

-   Maytag refrigerator has snow on evaporator coils, limited cooling in freezer section, unit will not get cold enough to freeze water.
Was having water droplets around freezer door, but it has not been leaking lately.
I have replaced the defrost thermostat, cleaned the coils at lower rear of unit, and have tested the heating tube for continuity. -   mcolthompson

-   I moved the power cord to a new plug and a few days later noticed problems. i checked the power and am getting 124 hot to neutral and hot to ground so I feel that it's not a power problem. the compressor runs (seems not to shut off) and at times it cools (when set to 7 down to almost 0 F) then over night warms up to 34 degrees and there's water drops on the inside vice frost. it's a june 2004 model mqc1557aew. hate to junk it but I can't afford to give all my food away when it decides to thaw out. any suggestions on testing or replacement of parts? the liquid and suction lines are a bit cold and slightly warm but I expected a bit more in terms of temp of each line. should the liquid line have condensation in a humid area? Mine doesn't. Thanks for the help. -   sorenson
