Problem for Lenovo 3000 Y410 PC Notebook

Acer travelmate 5720. Cant make my built in web cam working

i have tried drivers , have tried erasing photos from my pictures folder , restart after every driver an still my web cam refuses to work.
cant see it in device manager ,
tried new windows vista install,
tried acer recover, still nothing, any solutions???
