Is there a way to repair or replace the magicjack adapter?

Go buy a new one for $40 at Walmart - KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AND PACKAGING!

Wait one week and simply put the damaged MJ back into pack and return it (within 90 days of purchase)- the store gets credit and you get a new jack, phone #, and your year of service begins anew - no one takes a loss - store gets credit and you don't have to mess with MJ's non-existant customer service -

Note: I have done this 2 times as I get VERY POOR QUALITY CONNECTION on MJ and still cannot figure out a way to improve my connection quality- any suggestions??
