    Mine is less than a week old and and has locked up, how can I unlock it. It will not boot past the Sanyo screen. this is the scond one in a month. The first got the 10.3.9 error. Can I fix it or do I have to send back?

Hi. Ypu can do that with a really easy step.... just find the reset button under the device and press it with a pen or something for 10 seconds.

Sell it and buy a tom tom sanyo doesn't care they just want money the easiest way they can get it without backing there products as usual
