Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
When i add songs to my device, they show up on my computer as been added to my playlist, but when i unplug my device from
the computer. they dont show up on my device.

If your device is indeed a Rhapsody branded version, the recovery tool you have WILL NOT WORK. You need to download the Rhapsody version firmware, located here; http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/Downloads/firmware/rhapsody-188.8.131.52.zip Then put the device into recovery mode: - power device off (press and hold power for 20 seconds) - slide the hold button into hold - press and hold record button while connecting device to computer (keep holding it until you see New Hardware Found on PC) Then "unzip" the software from the link, inside you will see PP5022.mi4. Open up My Computer, in there you will see 16MB format, drag and drop the pp5022.mi4 file into this drive. Unplug the device and allow it to restart. DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS until it is complete. If the issue persists, try it again. It may take 3 or 4 tries. If that doesnt work, you need to format the device. Hit me back and ill tell you how to do that. Best of Luck.
