I bought new Samsung E1310 mobile. It is simple very good. It has mp3 ringtone fecility. How to donwload and save my fevorate mp3 ringtone?

Could you please let me know? There is Bluetooth option. I could not find it in my handsite. Where it is? whether it is in settings or others.
