Weatherking ac blower motor hesitates , slows down then blow out fuse

what sub model accord, v6 LX ,
manual or full climate control option??? guess full.
fuses not checked PCM scanned for DTC errors EVAC, hopeless/?
so car starts and runs sand drives ok, <<< not told that.
yes the AC brain on most modern cars is BCM brain controls
and the brain does control the AC compressor. if that is dead so be AC, THE COMPRESSOR CLUTCH, is run by PCM RELAY.
NOT TOLD OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE NOR COUNTRY../
HERE IS A LIST.
1: CHECK ALL FUSES FIRST, CAB AND ENGINE BAY ALL FUSE BOXES SKIP NONE.
2: CHECK IP CLUSTER FOR ERRORS ,ALARMS ERRORS OR LAMPS GLOWING OR IMMO LAMP SHOWS IMMO IS UNHAPPY, MODE.
3: ENGINE STARTS AND RUNS AND CAR DRIVES.?????????
4: HEAD LAMPS WORK KEY ON AND OFF. ,
5: OTHER ELECTRIC FAILURES OR JUST THE BLOWER ONLY?
6: SCAN THE pcM FOR ERRORS, AC IS CUT DEAD EVEN FOR ENGINE OVERHEATING OR OVERLOADED !!! OR IN LIMP MODE/
yah can't fix modern cars lacking a scan tool, no way./

PER THE SM BOOK REAL

THERE IS A BLOWER RELAY AND SOME FUSES. 12VDC SIDE.
FUSE 30 DASH
AND 21 HOOD, BOTH MUST BE GOOD. and fuse 12 V6
THE bLOWER gets GROUND FROM THIS

l AND ITS BLOW POWER TRANSISTOR MODULE
SO WE KNOW THE TRANSISTOR IS off. IS CAUSE 1.
ONLY WHY REMAINS!!!!
YES THE CONTROLLER DOES NOT WANT TO RUN ANY DEAD BLOWER AND RISK ICE DAMAGE TO THE EVAP CORE.

the THE Audio-HVAC , has the ICE up sensor and monitors R134a
high/low switch and if wrong, tells the PCM to shut down its
Clutch solenoid to compressor ending all AC .
I am no sure what blower does.
but I can say this tell of blower works in heat mode or blower + no AC no HEAT mode. yes then the blower is not bad, nor the controller
what is wring is inputs to the controller are dead wrong
and not scanning the PCM after fuses is why you don't know.

If you turn off hvac controls, so the blower motor won't work, does it still blow when you plug in the fuse? If so, sounds like problem with wiring circuit, not blower motor?
You could probably use jumper wires to run blower motor, use inline fuse, if it still blows fuse, sounds like problem with blower motor. Make sure squirrel cage isn't binding on trash or anything in that cavity.

sounds like you havea short to ground when ac is on and the fuse blowing is the sign of the short if it only blows when the blower come on the un plug the blower motor and try truning ac on see if fuse blows if it dont the replace blower motor if it do then check the resister do same for it tell you find were it dont blowthe fuse then thats were your problem is going to be

1 Does the fuse blow when the heater is on, or just the AC?
Yes- Fan motor problem likely need new blower motor.
No- 2
2 Disconnect the AC compressor clutch wire. Remove the blown AC fuse, connect a multimeter across the sockets for the fuse, measure DC voltage across the two sockets with the AC switch, and Ignition switch ON. Is Battery voltage present?
Yes- The wiring harness has a short between the output of the AC switch and ground, likely a pinched harness.
No- The AC compressor clutch is shorted. Replace either the whole compressor or the clutch.

Check the run capacitor for the fan motor

That fuse sounds like it powers the ac compressor.
The blower motor usually takes a 30 amp fuse.
Does the blower motor work if you hook it to direct voltage ?

Not blowing any air , hot or cold ? blower is fine ???? How do you know the blower is fine if not blowing any air ? Doesn't work any speed ? High , low , med. Blower motor , resistor or relay . Watch this video ! Do you have a volt meter , know how to test automotive electrical circuit's ?

Does it blow the fuse if you unplug the blower motor. The motor might be shorted.

could be AC compressor clutch shorting out.try disconnecting AC compressor electrical connector and see if fuse still blows.
