Epson DX4200 - No print

I have a DX4200 which had a paper jam and no longer works. When printing the papers feeds but no ink is applied to the page and the paper just comes out at the hopper. It doesn't look as though there's still paper jammed as the paper is fed without contention.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.
