Hi
The grinders run on a timer. If the grinders does not fill the doser in time you will get a light saying no beans. If this happens and there are beans in the hopper push the lever to the largest # and push the brew button again. This will clear the light and it should brew. If it is at the largest # already your beans are probably shiny and there is to much oil in the beans and this is what is clogging the grinder.
You probably picked up a stone in the burr grinder. If you pull the bean hopper and look under the large rubber gasket (it pulls off as well) you will see the burr grinder. Make sure the machine is unplugged and clean the grinder head where the little ridges grind the beans.
Hope that helps.

i have already opened the machine and there was never a rock. what i noticed is that the grinder as it starts grinding it kind of pushes the beans away from it instead of pulling them in. What i did is that I removed the plastic lid or plastic fixer of the bean tank, and started pushing the coffee beans manually, it does help sometimes if you play around with the coarseness lever thats located next to the bean tank.
all of this unfortunately makes the coffee bean tank to be throttling around the machine cause its not fixed to it. it also appears that if you run out of coffee beans you will suffer the same problem again.
yes the beans are oily. is there some advice?
